1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form provided, but this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Spreadshirt/Spreadconnect), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
The goods must be returned directly to Spreadshirt/Spreadconnect in accordance with their return instructions. Please follow the return process provided in the Spreadshirt Help Center. We cannot accept returns sent directly to our address.
3. Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
This includes, in particular, customized or printed T-shirts or other products produced individually for you by Spreadshirt/Spreadconnect.
