1. Scope / Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by consumers (private persons) through the online store operated by the Seller. The Seller sells exclusively to consumers; B2B sales are excluded.
2. Products, Production & Fulfillment
All products offered in this store are produced and shipped by Spreadshirt / Spreadconnect. Orders placed in this shop are forwarded for production and shipment by Spreadconnect; the production and shipping process (including estimated processing times) is handled by Spreadconnect/Spreadshirt. 3. Territory / Delivery Countries
We deliver only to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
4. Prices & VAT (Small Business Rule / §19 UStG)
All prices displayed are final prices. Invoicing is done under the German small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung, §19 UStG). Therefore no VAT will be charged on invoices in accordance with §19 UStG. If you require a specific invoice wording, contact the Seller.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via PayPal only. Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
6. Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are normally produced and handed to shipping within the timeframes stated by Spreadconnect (most orders are processed within 48 hours; see Spreadconnect shipping pages for country-specific estimates). Once your order is shipped, tracking information (tracking ID/URL) is made available.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Spreadshirt/Spreadconnect’s returns and exchange policy applies to orders produced and shipped by them. If you are dissatisfied with your order or the product is defective, the Spreadshirt returns policy and options (exchange, voucher, or refund where allowed) will apply. Please check the Spreadshirt returns/exchange policy for the exact conditions and time limits.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)
You as a consumer generally have the legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory withdrawal period (see separate “Cancellation / Withdrawal” page). Please note: for customized / personalized items the usual limitations to the right of withdrawal may apply; the applicable return rules of Spreadshirt will be decisive where Spreadshirt’s production creates a personalized product.
9. Warranty / Liability
Statutory warranty rights for consumers apply. The Seller is liable according to the statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to typical, foreseeable damages. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or immaterial damages is excluded.
10. Contractual Partner / Order Confirmation
The contract is concluded with the Seller (Worst Shirts) when Spreadconnect confirms/accepts the order according to the usual technical process or when you receive an order confirmation. The actual production and shipment take place through Spreadconnect/Spreadshirt as described above.
11. Data Protection
Personal data necessary for order processing (name, shipping address, e-mail, payment info via PayPal) will be processed for order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable data protection rules. Spreadconnect/Spreadshirt will process the data that is required for production and shipping (see Spreadconnect / Spreadshirt privacy/help pages for details).
12. Governing Law / Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of Germany, as far as legally permissible. For consumers, the statutory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
